Polyethylene PE plates and bars

Polyethylene sheets: HDPE PE-300, HMWPE PE-500, UHMWPE PE-1000.
Technical high density polyethylenes are manufactured by injection/extrusion and press forming.

Technical polyethylenes have unparalleled qualities vis-à-vis other traditional materials (metal, wood, etc.), they are anti-corrosive, do not absorb water, are not toxic, have low specific weights, are 7 times lighter than steel, are 3 times lighter than aluminum, have high resistance to friction and wear, do not magnetize, have good mechanical properties.

HDPE PE-300

PE-300 polyethylene sheets are high-density polyethylene sheets pe-300 have very good mechanical characteristics, a wide range of temperatures that they withstand (-50 and +80 *c) applications being very varied: sewage treatment plants and septic tanks , baths, tanks, drums or vats installed with metal coverings, decanters, hydrocarbon separators, water meters, concrete formwork, parts components for conveyor belts, plating of enclosures that transport or store chemical agents.

Being certified for contact with food, HDPE boards also have applications in the food industry: worktops in storerooms, work tables in bakeries, walls and component parts of cold rooms, water tanks.

HMWPE PE-500

PE-500 sheets and bars are high molecular weight polyethylene sheets. Due to the increased molecular mass, HMWPE plates are improved compared to PE-300 plates, thus PE-500 plates are more resistant to abrasion, have improved resistance to breakage and impact, withstand a greater range of temperatures (-100 and +80 degrees Celsius ), have improved sliding properties. The improved mechanical properties make HMWPE plates and bars the recommended material for making a diverse range of rollers, wheels, guides, etc. used in the construction of machinery for the food industry. Polyethylene sheets and bars have many advantages over other plastic, wood or metal materials. Depending on the working conditions and or the loads they have to withstand, they can replace stainless steel, wood or other general purpose materials: PVC, PP, etc.

UHMWPE PE-1000

PE-1000 plates and bars are polyethylene plates of a very high molecular density. Due to the very high molecular mass, UHMWPE plates are improved compared to PE-300 or PE-500 plates, having a wider range of temperatures (-260 +80*c), increased resistance to abrasion, very high resistance to breaking and impact, properties of very good sliding, excellent chemical resistance, increased hardness.

HUNGRY

PE-FOAM or POLYETHYLENE FOAM boards combine two important features: light weight and high rigidity. Polyethylene foam sheets are composed of an expanded core and two textured compact faces coextruded from the same material. PE-FOAM boards are 27% lighter than compact polyethylene boards, these boards can be used in applications that do not require complicated welding and terraforming operations.
Applications: boats (partition walls, control desks), advertising signs, walls and doors for various commercial and industrial premises, soundproof walls, children’s playgrounds.

High density polyethylene semi-finished boards

The semi-finished boards, high density polyethylene, are thermoplastic materials valued for their excellent qualities of hardness and resistance to mechanical, physical, chemical factors.
Polyethylene PE300 – HDPE, is an impermeable material with low mass, high resistance to the attack of chemical agents, high resistance to shocks and wear, HDPE is approved for direct contact with food

PE300 boards, standard sizes

– thicknesses 2-30mm
– sizes: 2000x1000mm; 3000x1500mm; 4000×2000
Polyethylene PE500 -HMWPE is a high molecular mass polyethylene keeping the characteristics of HDPE polyethylene but much improved, being much more resistant to wear and shock even at low temperatures.

PE500 boards standard sizes

– thicknesses 6-100mm
– sizes 2000×1000; 3000×1000; 4000×1000
Polyethylene PE1000-UHMWPE is polyethylene clearly superior to PE300 and PE500, the qualities being clearly improved

PE1000 boards standard sizes

– thicknesses 8-250mm
– sizes 2000×1000; 3000×1000; 4000×1000
